I notice that you still mention my name in your many messages on SI. Well, Mr. Ronald V. Reece, what do I have to do with AZNT, and what does RMIL have to do with this thread?
Question: Did GRNO pay for and or house any of the 75 shareholders to travel to GRNO's shareholder meeting?
You have admitted on SI many things that GRNO did for you, and will have no defense for those admissions in any court. Did any other shareholders recessive the same compensation that you received from GRNO?
You commented that GRNO has settled with the SEC. Then answer this. Why did the SEC level a CIVIL COMPLAINT against YOU and other insiders if GRNO has settled with them? Sounds to me like the settlement will be in the future.
Before you ask. Yes I was subpoenaed by the SEC in regards to TVSI. They wanted to know if I ever received any S8 stock for TVSI. The answer was and is "NO". I have never received any discounted stock, nor ever been a promoter, nor received any benefits (GIFTS, SCANNERS, promises, CASH, Plane tickets, or any other benefits). Every security that I have ever owned has been purchased from a broker, and at the market rate. Can you say the same?

Yes, Bmart... whose very same shareholders who did similar diligence to what I did. And I also recall some 75+ GRNO shareholders traveled to GRNO's shareholder's meeting AFTER the trading halt in May, 1997.
The issue is not the company or its technology. The company has settled with the SEC whereas, management, advisors, and myself have, to my knowledge, not.
The SEC is alledging that my financial transactions with the company were consideration for issuing a free newsletter to anyone that requested to receive it, primarily my fellow shareholders. They and authorities will have to be the ultimate judge of my actions, not you.

While I am named in a civil suit, it will not prevent me from taking hypsters like yourself like yourself to task for so brazenly spreading lies and libel around the internet.

What does affect me is when deliberately lie about me contrary to the publicly available facts of the matter. And I have not forgiven you for this deliberate libel, nor Pugs, nor Riley and others.
