Bald Man, i am not advising, just shared what I feel. i had been
into small caps like PAIR, MRVC, etc. Usually I bought them
when I thought they are low, e.g., PAIR at 18, MRVC at 19. If they
go lower, I must bail out. If I didn't do this, I would be broke
by now. Good luck.
