Well at least you admit that there was a meeting and that Mr. Sylver attended. How is it that he came to be there in the first place. Just passing by? (This could well be, given all of the court experience that he seems to be getting in those civil proceedings against him.)

So he went to this meeting. He didn't like what he heard. He left. He has no idea then just how official that proceeding was. Sounds to me like there was much more than what you were admitting last week. Sounds like an arbitration hearing may well have taken place. Walking out of arbitration is not a defense for an adverse finding.
