Intrusion into Privacy, the Right to Privacy.

A man carrys on an illicit affair, later decides
it was a mistake and breaks it off, the scorned woman
decides its payback time, claims sexual harassement.

The judge decides its OK to investigate the persons past sexual history---a private life becomes public to satisfy an allegation.

The mans wife and children become victims, divorce, family separation follows. The man is publically rideculed, loses his job.

The judge later decides the case is without merit and dismisses it.

Justice and the legal system---"Its not the law, but the interpetation of the law that counts, who does the interpetation and in what time frame."
