Tim, oh yeah, I forgot to post the smoking gun: exchange2000.com <<GPGI is also developing a tailings pond or waste pile at this time. They have to dispose of leached ore. Since no one that I have spoken to with AZ water quality is aware of a permit, (similar to the one Maxam posted on their website), it would be nice if GPGI would post theirs also. This is needed in AZ on any land, federal, state or private.>>
