Ron...the stock has fallen to these levels because of fear.....fear....and more fear. Recent press releases have stated that sales are in a slump due to worldwide softness in pc help software sales. Then there is the reg S debentures still floating around. This stock in my opinion has been shorted to death. Read the following article again. These reg S securities are the kiss of death most of the time. Message 4418578 Then there are the investors who state the company is closing down offices left and right and letting people go. These cost cutting measures were also hinted at in recent press releases. I do not have first hand knowledge of what these people are reporting but I have read about it enough to realize that it is probably true. I need to do some digging this next week.
