Rand,

Just some thoughts of mine FWIW. I really like both you and Richard on these threads and I certainly don't wish to get in the middle of a lovers quarrel. I can't say that I am happy that Richard has decided to take such a Stauffer approach of posting to you but I don't think he is guilty of saying things that he doesn't believe. Perhaps he is a hyper while the stock is at this low price. Hell, if I had any heart or even money left I probably would be also. I however don't believe that it is necassary to help run the stock into the ground and take away ALL opportunity for Maxam to turn this into a legitimate profitable operation.

I spoke with Yellich of IPM last week. I informed him that I didn't understand why IPM management didn't allow me to help them over a year ago with their analysis of the dirt or whatever. It wasn't like I wanted any money or anything, I just wanted to help out an investment. Yellich informed me that he wasn't aware of that offer and such is life. I have also extended an offer to help Maxam. I hope the same doesn't occur with Maxam that happened there. Unfortunately I no longer have time to allocate to helping out.

Rand, you go ahead and post on what you feel are important discrepencies because I value your opinions and knowledge but maybe we should just allow things to run their course and see where the road ends.
