Mr. Reece,
Your diligence is quite weak, but again...You 'believe' quite wrong , no matter what class of stock the insiders hold
it is still subject to ALL restrictions on insiders (officers,
directors, 10% affiliates, etc.) selling, and/or buying.
You either have performed no diligence on the subject you drone on about or you just wish to confuse the truth.
It has gotten quite tiresome and counter-productive sir.
