Mr Reece - Please who are you to lecture on disclosure? Is that not what your legal woes are about, your failure to disclose? Who are you to throw a stone regarding disclosure? No my point is that you have participated in illegal acts, therefore your nature is too assume people would be guilty of the same. You have yet to show a legal means for someone to more then quadruple the public float. Please show me how this is legal. Please show me one edgar filing as requested. Please show one piece of credible evidence that backs anything you say. You only have your words and insinuations of illegal acts about to be committed.
