Borders Has Starr Report In Book Form

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Sept. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Whitewater Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's entire 445-page report on the investigation of President Bill Clinton will be available verbatim in book form next week at the more than 220 Borders stores worldwide.
