Jim, good to hear you haven't lost faith! Earnings drive any stock
long term. Projections for '99 show declining earnings. What is
your reasoning to expect substantial stock appreciation? Is it
based on thinking the estimates for '99 will be revised upwards?
Or do you expect earnings to increase in 2000?

We all remember the terrific runup of this stock last year was
based on thinking day rates would rise forever. I still think
Ensco is a well managed company and expect great things from
the new rigs they're building.

I sold half my ESV a couple of months ago and put the $$ in EVI,
just to diversify within the sector.
