shust, cutting expenses is a good step, but can only go so far.
Earnings need to increase. I've been burned too often by ignoring
the earnings picture to NOT ask tough questions.

I expect the price of crude to normalize (normal is about$18)
sometime in 1999. Then earnings should be upgraded.
