There is a company registered in Nevada - Amazon Natural Treasures - that you can see at the Nevada Corporate Information site. But the company that was taken over, Concord Capital, was a Utah company. 100% of Amazon Natural Treasures stock was exchanged for 95.xx% of the outstanding stock of Concord Capital. Concord Capital's name was changed to Amazon Natural Treasures. So I believe, AZNT is a Utah company as the Utah company is the surviving entity with it's name changed now to AZNT. I believe you will see the description of AZNT as a Utah company, domiciled in Nevada somewhere in the filings.

So while Cavalry's question about NV companies is answered with respect to the stock issuance issue, it could be that it was the wrong question, insofar as that question is better asked about companies in Utah, since that's what AZNT is.
