You have yet to show a legal means for someone to more then quadruple the public float. Please show me how this is legal. Please show me one edgar filing as requested.

Your approach is curious in thinking that the illegal acts of increasing the float lie completely outside the actions of the management of AZNT. Your explanation may well be provided when the full story is known. To date all we have are allegations by AZNT of wrong doing, which, and boy am I surprised by this, they were completely and innocently victimized by these unscrupulous stock promoters.

Your nonsensical point about filings to EDGAR not being to put stockholders at ease is yet another example of your not getting out of that kitchen of yours where the sun doesn't shine. Where do you think up these points of yours to litigate here in the public forums? (Please, don't bother to tell me. What you do in the bathroom is your own business.) These laws are meant to compel financial disclosure for precisely these reasons. It is this attempt to level this informational playing field that exactly gives investors confidence in the public markets. Some companies - and this seems to be one of them - defer reporting as long as they can, perhaps to avoid embarrassing disclosure and maybe even possible malfeasance.
