No, Richard, Jerry does not have a right to say what an impeachable offense is. That decision is up to the House of Representatives. We can all have our opinions on the matter, but that is all they are: opinions. Furthermore, if you listened to the rest of that conversation, you would have heard the common sense reply-- "overturning" the election would mean installing Dole as president. No one wants to do that, so we are not trying to "overturn" anything. We are simply trying to rectify the mistakes committed by the president. jim
