Bill,

The experiences with ISLD were in high volume conditions (MSFT/INTC).

My guess is they have input limitations at their server or in their software where they can't update/display their market as fast as the orders are coming in. It then either:

- rejects everything until it can catch up.

- rejects since the data we're looking at is secs/mins old and the seen bid isn't the current market.

ARCA has been better for me lately since it will continue to look if ISLD rejects their order.
