Ellen, what is it that you don't understand? The SEC alleges that Ron, while hyping GRNO here at SI, failed to disclose his ties to the company, presenting himself as "just an investor".

He has since admitted--on SI--that he indeed did not make the proper disclosure.

Neither you nor I knows what he's said to the SEC.

After all, though, this is the AZNT thread, not the GRNO thread. Bgtit has disclosed, but what about the misspelled Icabod?
