Hey Jeff.. According to your sources didn't you comment that if one party in the arbitration process fails to show up at the preset meeting, then the claim of the other party is generally accepted?

If AZNT's CEO got in a huff and decided not to meet with Wellrich's representative, it would seem to me that Wellrich, by default, has won the arbitration in their favor.

Am I understanding this properly?
