That was an excellent site - thank you! And thanks for taking the time to spell out MACD for me. I had just come across the definition, finally, and am trying to digest it. The red line, I gather is the fast MA and the green or blue line is the slower MA and the important one to watch, for daily activity, is the red line as it is more indicative of when it is about to cross the blue line, tho both seem to more or less go along the same wave together, is that correct?

That is a good site, thanks again. Tho, on no site can I seem to find a discussion of "money flow". On this chart - cbs.marketwatch.com, setting weighted average, OVB, and money flow for XCIT, I see that the money line has a downward trend (indicating money flowing out the stock) and the obv having a upward trend (indicating money flowing into the stock) and the MACD generally having a down trend. How am I to read that discrepant up trend for the obv? TIA
