Non-Tech : LIVETRADE brokerage, any good?

Having been a LIVETRADE customer for almost two months now, I can say that I am very impressed with the service overall, both in its functionability and customer service. IMHO, that is what this second tier trading is ALL going to boil to eventually...customer servicing and who can do it the best at the lowest cost. The guys/gals at LIVETRADE excel in the area of taking care of their customer's needs, however, truthfully I question whether they are actually FIFTY trades per month "better" than their competitor. As well, a system in place to better manage one's assets on deposit is very much needed ( i.e. checking, credit card, etc) but this is not specific to LIVETRADE, as I understand this is lacking at all LII trading brokerages.
