I have a new energy company to put in my priority watchlist--did not
know of it until today until it turned up in a 2nd Opinion scan of
companies below 15 that have improving TA to neutral +3,early entry candidate rating.The company is Petroleum Development Inc. ticker
PETD and this press release is what really caught my attention---
