To all, I don't want to be the bearer of bad news...... but..... it seems that NOTHING is going to happen until AFTER the stockholders meeting 9/24. It appears that John pulled a blunder in getting everything squared away with the original Purewater Co and we'll have to take it with a grain of salt. So, until then, I don't see us going anyway until then. Kevin
