But did Newt make that claim under oath repeatedly insisting that he didn't have any "sexual affair" whatsoever?

FWIW, I do respect the fact that Bill, according to the Starr Report, did cut the affair off on at least one occasion "because he felt it was wrong". I also give him points for not engaging in intercourse with Lewinsky, if that is true, which I accept as truth, based on both Monica's and Bill's testimony.

But, that's not what this is about. It's about perjury and obstruction of justice. And, I think it is highly inappropriate that Bill directed Monica to administer oral sex on him while he talked on the phone to a Congressman on at least one occasion, and while he was talking to a sugar grower in FL on another ocassion. Those ocassions happened while Clinton was at work in the Oval Office area. I don't remember if he was on a cordless phone in the hall or if he was in the Oval Office itself, but that goes way past any bounds of acceptable behavior for a President --- way beyond. The Presidency isn't the setting for a porn movie.
