Clinton Impeachment means DEPRESSION for US. Im not talking prozac type depression but financial meltdown--ie., getting your shoes shined by Princeton graduates for a penny. In my opinion, the global markets are extremely skittish at the moment from the following shocks:

asian crisis
russian crisis
recently, latin american crisis

one more jolt, like a devaluation of the yuan or a Clinton impeachment, may mean a global financial meltdown.

Taking my own opinion to the bank,
