I am willing to forgive and forget for the sake of the MDIN thread . I have not posted very much because of the hostility on the thread but there are accounting reasons I put price tags on Dayton and MDIN that proved to be right and I would like to share them as part of my DD for the thread . There is a lot more than the last announcement made by the company that keeps all this renewed interest in MDIN . This is because I think people are willing to hope for the new property or the rumors to satisfy there anger of what has transpired in the past. Real comparisons of other companies trading at what ever price they are including the numbers of SHARES is so important and not seriously looked at on this thread . If your going to sell a company for $1.00 a share and there are 50,000,000 shares and if you increase it to 70,000,000 shares you have just brought down the selling price to .71 . I have never seen a company issue shares on top of shares and not be able to justify it to there share holders . This is share price erosion with out justification . This will all ways scare off serious investors and brokers. All you end up with is who is the next P.R. company. I for one wants to know what is going on with ALL- ALL- ALL- the properties that are the reasons why most people are in the stock with a lot less shares that were in it at the time and a lot higher stock price value . Every time I have seen the share issue increased I lowered my bid . I have to admit I was surprised to get 60,000 shares at .09 but I was strictly bottom fishing and got lucky . I Cant see this go much lower at this time but if things don't change with the management You will not see me being the last one out for tax loss selling this year . Lets all be civil ,share our DD and all make money. Sincerely !!!!!!!!!!!!! Ancil
