It will be a cold day in hades when Bill Clinton can win any moral contest or authority, so that theory isnt worth the word space it takes up. The man is toast, whether he stays or whether he leaves. He will lack any credibility with the public, the democratic party, or foreign nations. Whether he stays will be determined by the republicans and their best interests, in combination with the ranking democrats. The "peoples" vote is more or less irrelevant, as always. Its the money and power votes within the parties which will determine this one.
