Hi Richard, looks like we'll have to wait until the third or fourth
quarter of 1999 before we see any true recovery in oil prices. even then they are not projecting much of an increase.
Your right we'll just have to hang in there.
Good thing I invested in Mark McGwire's rookie cards a few years ago thanks to my son.

PS:Here's to a couple of good blizzards this winter.
