If a company asks securityholders in a press release to call certificates, and then in the course of that action sell millions of securities into the float, that would constitute fraud, whether they voted or not. What is so difficult for you to understand?
Aznt made such a press release, and would have to make the appropriate confidence building edgar filings[sic], therefore ensuring that they will be caught, and very quickly at that. Or will you make reference to a case where once caught someone fled the country again to try and counter with insinuations of coming illegal acts?
