Riley's answers to the SEC inquiry were less than truthful if you compare them to his postings on various threads. If the SEC did a comparison it would simply raise more questions IMO. I have reservations about whether or not he would be as open about his dealings with the SEC as you have been. People do make mistakes and if others pay attention they can actually learn from those mistakes.
