Richmond Site Update

I drove past the Mitchell Island site today and noticed light blue tanks on
the second level, seen through the open section on the east side of the
building. There was a large two storey size round light blue tank outside of
the building on the west side. There was a fairly large diameter flexible
ducting suspended in the back area accessed by the three large receiving
doors. The RTO unit in the front has three light standards attached, and
some insulation has been applied close by the intake of the exhaust fan.
