I find that former SI member, E. Charters, after reading Message 5732592 ,

". . . use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortuous, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another."
Others have stated E. Charters made "vicious personal attacks or that contain nasty slurs against other ethnic groups?" However, they have not yet provided evidence of that, even when specifically requested.
Of course, they might in the future. See Message 5738540 .
In any case, it seems clear that it was E. Charters final words, not his prior words that brought down the axe. See techstocks.com .
In fact, E. Charters specifically states, "I leave this thread to its fonts of wisdom as is your wish." This clearly indicates his intention to comply with SI demands, although he clearly does not agree. Yet, he who has the gold makes the rules and executes them as he sees fit.
