My for-what-it's-worth, non-professional opinion is that the cable TV people will have to work fast to avoid being replaced by this twisted-pair copper (POTS) innovation. POTS, by the way, stands for Plain Old Telephone Service. mPhase uses the term frequently.

With mPhase's innovation, they can provide digital TV, telephone, and super fast (like 100 times faster than ISDN) internet service.

The kicker in my opinion is that cable TV still isn't everywhere, while regular POTS is. It's very expensive to run new coax and fiber lines, and in some places cost prohibitive.

So while at one time the thought was that one day cable would be the one to replace TV, internet and phone, now it could be the old phone lines replacing everyone else.

When you add up the separate bills for telephone, cable TV and internet (ISP) it seems very feasible that a one-bill, one service provider solution will eventually win. Telephone companies won't even have to run new lines, so the only cost is the mPhase technology.

But, part of the technology used is attributable to AT&T. Sprint is working on same thing. Will mPhase stand a chance? Or is it possible that mPhase is so far ahead that the big ones will play ball with mPhase?

I'm neutral - no position, yet. But I find it very positive that they already have one sale for $1.5 million. Any more and I may jump off the sidelines real fast.
