Well SSO is not yet producing silver and may not react as strongly as the producers will...but yes I think their main project in Australia will eventually become a producing property..You should buy SSO on this project alone...all others are to early in their development stage.

It is true that PAASF still has some risk in Russia...but I think they are insured against political risks...STill they will lose big if they can't get this thing up...it is by far their main assets.

Prime (PRU) is one to consider on a silver Bonanza.

But the purest play is First Silver REsources (FSR.V).

I am not sure that silver is ready to explode upward. The price correction since last February confirm that there are additional reserves in London that could be as big as COMEX reserves and delay the long-awaited bonanza.

I am on the sideline for now..except for Minefinders and Metallica which are two mixed (silver-gold) future producers. MFL has as much silver reserves as Silver Standard. Metallica has 50% or so.

MFL could be the big surprise early in the next century. You should study this junior. Still very speculative..but immense potential if their feasibility study come out as positive...
