Bob: Perhaps dalton needs a new bag of tricks to capture the imaginations of a new group of investors, like a real plan to drill and coming up with some gold and minerals instead of just selling more paper. the best thing going are the jv partners involved, without them I would never have invested based on prior's merits and past history...I'll let it ride till spring, but I'll have an eye on the exit...good fortune to you in 97...RS
