The Friday hotline message was contrite and contained promises to have more coverage in the future, even expanding one newsletter by 50%. I believe that those of us who voted by requesting subscription refunds have been heard loud and clear! My refund showed up on a credit card statement along with my daughter's textbook order. I know that she will get a lot more value out of these bucks than her foolish father did buying Investors World.
