Interesting. I liquidated my broad based portfolio last year. I didn't like that the market was so high. I did keep compaq and three other stocks. I should have sold two of those stocks. However, I'm very happy I sold the others. They are all much cheaper today then last year. I have cash and bonds for safety.

I have invested heavy in Compaq for long term because the price got so low due to channel problems and buying DEC. I play a few options. Mostly Compaq because I have gotten very familiar with the trading range. I'm not a TA person but find the TA calls very helpful, and on target when the basics are constant. My guess is the impact on CPQ should be minimal if we don't fall below 7400.
