Do you impeach for a parking bylaw breach? Probably not. How about nuking New York or the Capitol? Probably. Where do you put the line? So, while it is nice to have total logic and purity of argument, things do get a bit messy dealing with people. High crimes definitely doesn't mean parking tickets, having an affair or, [in my opinion, being a USA constitutional expert and having heard that a Dixie was a banknote], lying about an affair to a court or to Americans on tv in the context of the Paula Jones money-making judicial expedition.

I reckon Dougjn has the best reasoning and conclusion on this. No impeachment and let Congress get on with ensuring cdmaOne and cdma2000 get all the support they deserve. Enough of the Grand Old Soap Oprah.

Ramsey had authorized me as political commentator in chief. But topics, such as Asian politics and economics did relate directly to Qualcomm's prospects. Even those he barely tolerated - though in the past year he has become a rabid Little Chicken in the markets, ranting forever about Asian politics, economics and the effect on USA politics and economics. I think he might singlehandedly have caused the Dow to dive.

I have 40 posts to read. I hope they aren't all who did what to whom when and why and whether we are all Republicans or Democrats.
