Comparing the internet with real estate is interesting. I remember one time somebody telling me that land is always a good investment because there is only a finite amount of it. Then we saw the over speculation by the Japanese, by those living on the East coats and by those in California. All those groups are still hurting. And then there's Yahoo. Well anybody can do what Yahoo does. No finite supply. Lots of fun competitors as we speak. But this will be a long tale. It will take years for it to play out. Ultimately they will need the earnings to justify its market cap. I just don't believe it will happen.
