I checked the SMI on those oils. Most of them are at their bullish threshold but not over it yet. From the moves that they just made, stay alert for small continuation patterns. OII looks great. A couple more days and it should give a good indication if this oil move is for real. Take a look at NORT. It had some steady buying on it at 19/32 & 5/8 recently.
