Time will tell whether it'll reach the high teens any time soon. It might be a little early to think of such things, but tax-loss selling is likely to keep a lid on it til the end of the year -- not to mention that everyone's buying power has been zapped. But you're right, I think, that the fundamentals are good and will probably reward patience in spite of the current extra-crappy market.
