To Mqurice: Have to chuckle. It is good to know that the view from New Zealand is that Doug is right about the US constitution. But whether his view is abstractly correct is meaningless. The Congress will act as it sees fit in its wisdom or lack of it. Somehow I doubt that Doug will be consulted. :-) I have great respect for both of you when you discuss the Q and related topics. Rant on. I am particularly interested in the ongoing discussion re various economic ideas - learn from it. Re US politics. Only way that effects the Q is if events move fast but see no sign of that. Clinton ain't about to resign and any impeachment process will be launched in Oct but the real action will be next year. Much can happen before then and I am sure we will hear from you both from time to time during the long drawn out process that will entail. Cheers. Chaz Comments from you Doug are welcome too of course. Could I expect anything other than that from you both? :-)
