In order to truly refresh your spirit and soul, you have to get yourselves to the Highlands of Scotland. My wife and I spent two glorious weeks in the Highlands spending our nights in cozy B&Bs in beautiful rustic settings. We quickly felt all the stress evaporate and a much required calm overtake us. Visit numerous castles, picnic along uncountable Lochs, or cruise the World Famous Whiskey Trail. Just do it. I can recommend some B&B sites, etc for anyone interested. Cheers, Rory McLeod
