Jeff - OK I got through to the report OK and read it; I would have to agree with the analysis. As an aside, I believe that there is some part of ICN's agreement in Russia not to take any money out of the country for 5 years or so. There is also the possibility of a friendly or hostile takeout at the current low price, but a bidder might rather wait until the SEC investigation is concluded and in the history books, so as not to have to explain to shareholders about a stench surrounding a new acquisition. JMO.
