I think it is you who are deluding yourself. Most of the short shills all agree that BTIM will get FDA approval on Hextend. BTIM managment was not responsible for the price coming down, rather it was Assensio and friends who were quite possibly naked shorting, until they could no longer do so, and then they had to call in favors from friends in the press to write blatently fraudulent articles on BTIM.. knowing full well that since BTIM had filed their NDA for Hextend they were not in a position to respond to Assensio's accusations. This was almost a text book short opportunity, blast a companies reputation while they are in their waiting period for FDA approval for their first product. You can lie all you want...print anything, and know that you are safe.. the company will not speak out during this wait period. However, this period is about to be over.. and just wait and see how the medical community worldwide responds to Hextend.

You are absolutely right, however, the tick tock is the sound of the clock counting down to FDA approval, which by all accounts should occur before the end of the year.

The evidence that BTIM has a very good first product (and three super products in the pipeline) will be substantiated in a peer reviewed article to be published by the end of the year.

Bill, I welcome you to take a look at my web site, to find out the real story behind BioTime. I am just a shareholder and have never been employed by BioTime. But I do know that we long shareholders are about to be amply rewarded for our patience.
