Hi Greg,
My sincere oppology for dealy in answering your post. I have been thinking a great deal in how to put my thought in writting.

I think sooner or later, some wild, half bandit Russian soldier will come to possess and atomic device and will try to black-mail the United States and the West. Todays Russia is a country in the verge of collapse. Russians for 70 years were conditioned to respect the authority of the Soviet State. Now they don't simply know who they have to oby! Who will ship the potatos and who will pay the pensions. It is sort of like having a dog that has leaved on a leash all his life, You free him and he will get lost. He isn't used to freedom! gg I hope I get the message across. I really don't care who rules the country, but what they need is a real strong States who can gradually
lossen the State control. Sort of like China! They only difference is
that Russians have this fixzation aobut being a super power and being
able to decide with the United States on equal footing on the world
affair. Well they should get used to the fact that economically, they are a third world country, with thousands aof rusting atomic missles.
They need IMF's help and they learn to say "thanks" to the West for
billions of dollars of help they have recive until know.

Europe and Asia is UP. US market will got up 2.5 to 3 percent if there
are no bad news.

Kind regards,

Yaacov
