Ciena without the merger was at around 40$ and with the negative earnings announcements it should be well over 20$. The merger has somehow taken its toll. imo, selling at this current opening price is not a smart move; but then, who knows what these no-clue follow-the-herd anlysts will do; they will sell at 13 and then come back and buy at 30.
