S,

Been trying to figure it out. Some of my thoughts:

After the share issue to Nam Tai, BV will be .19-.20 $HK
Nam Tai is paying .35 $HK
Trailing earnings would be .026 for PE of 13.5 on the .35

It looks like a good fit and, knowing Nam Tai's management, the price is probably cheap even though it doesn't look like it. Even after the purchase, there will still be heavy debt.

Sony alliance is good presuming it can be kept.

Still not sure if this is a good deal. It could be that Albatronics has the order capability, but not the working capital. They sure seem to have their fingers in a lot of pies. Perhaps Nam Tai is intent on doing some liquidating.

It's nice to see Nam Tai making some moves. It's looking like they are becoming a holding company instead of growing their own.

Long term, this may be an excellent move. Nam Tai definitely has a history of making good investments and of selling at the right time.

Just my thoughts so far,
Ron
