You are wrong. Most people are still uninformed. They know the Clinton disinformation, which you have swallowed completely. The Clinton team must know that they cannot survive impeachment so they continue their blatant campaign of lies and distortion in the hope that an inflamed public will derail the hearings.

That strategy won't work because the Dem pols will not vote against hearings with elections looming. The hearings will inform the public and they will be shown just how clearly Clinton committed impeachable acts.

Remember, impeachment is not a punishment as the media insists, it is a way of cleansing the nation. If Clinton survives as President, he will have succeeded in his only legacy, further defining deviancy down. I fear for the Republic.
