Thank you. I did read that this AM. I never felt AMZN had decent fundamentals but they are getting even worse at a very rapid pace.

The filings over the weekend were amazing which is why they filed them on Friday late. In addition to the shhares to buy Jungalee and Planet All, AMZN owes vested option shares to their employees of 6.6 million. That is a lot of dilution.
