On your site visit, perhaps you can ask about how much of Zulumedia's business came from Netscape, how much of an impact that will have on marketing (i.e., the "Foundation Buy"), and when and how the company hopes to replace it.

Your comment about Zulumedia's replacing less profitable work with potentially more profitable work makes sense, if the source was accurate.
